Summary/Abstract: This monograph with the dynamic content of thematic group of food and beverages vocabulary in Bucovina dialects. Within the thematic vocabulary group of “food names” and thematic vocabulary group of “beverages names” the thematic groups and nominative sets of triple structure are singled. The thesis clarifies theoretical-linguistic foundations of the studying of national culinary terminology; analyses the dynamic processes in Bukovinian culinary terminology, caused by extralinguistic factors; determines the changes system in Bukovinian culinary range, caused by intralinguistic factors.
