Summary/Abstract: The purposes of the work are the analysis of the basic principles of the various theories of obtaining color harmony in the paintings and the studying of various options harmonic color combinations, analysis of the different harmonic colors in the on-screen image. Methodology. The methodology of the research is based on the application of structural-functional and cultural approaches due to the need to find solutions in the challenge of color harmonization problems in the visual arts and in particular in the works of screen art. Scientific Novelty. The scientific novelty of this research is the detailed analysis, developed at different times, by different scientists of the theoretical foundations on which a variety of color-harmonic system is built. It allows showing the whole range of features and obtaining the possible color combinations of variants in the works of screen art. Conclusions. Analyzing the color harmony in screen painting works we must pay attention to the content of events, composition, shape and texture of the personnel of the space objects. Color harmony is a difficult relationship with ups and downs of the plot of the film. It is constantly changing, evolving throughout the film, and therefore should be considered in dynamics, as from frame to frame, from episode to episode, the story may change, undergoing the dramatic logic.
