Summary/Abstract: In this essay the author gives an overview and an analysis of the criminal law provisions related to the medical mistakes and medical malpractice in the territory of the countries of the South East Europe. The author compares the Serbian legal norms in this field with the related legal norms in Croatia, Montenegro and Republika Srpska.
