Assessment of Development of Electronic Economy in Poland on the Background of the Member States of the European Union

Summary/Abstract: The article presents an assessment of the development of the electronic economy in Poland on the background of the European Union. Statistical data analysis of the basic characteristics of the development of e-economy and the determinants that affect the ranking of countries in the global index NRI was performed. At the same time the impact and importance of e-economy in the contemporary socio-economic countries was shown.
