Summary/Abstract: ICT is an industry with big commercialization potential. These innovations in many cases have strong influence on other industries and stimulate their growth and development. Innovations in ICT help companies to lower costs and increase income. Commercialization processes may differ in various industries. Their different elements may be more or less important for companies. The article shows the commercialization process of ICT innovations as a result of empirical research.
