Summary/Abstract: After the last election appeared opinion, that is form two-party system in Poland. This opinion seem to be only seemingly supported with facts. A very important are the characteristic features of political parties and society. It’s essen-tial mechanism of evolution of the political system. In Poland the political elite formed about 1989 and today they run out of their political possibility. In some years will come the generation change in the political class. It must influence form of party system. Apart from anything else, social and political class divi-sions may be changed and with them the voters expectations. The polish parties develop only to one point and then come disintegrations of them. There are no the good human resources. Their existence are boundwith their leaders position. It is seem, that the way to two-party system is a very far in Poland, because this system demand the very strong and durable parties
