Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the separate institutional principles of the criminal-executive legislation, which determine the initial provisions of the activities of the personnel of the bodies and penitentiary institutions in the field of execution of punishments, identify the problems of their implementation in practice, as well as formulate scientifically substantiated ways of their solution in essence.
