Summary/Abstract: The value of public broadcasting in the activities of lawyers. Determined that the professional activities of lawyer any specialization associated with intensive speech communication and therefore requires the ability to build effective monologues and dialogues, to find appropriate legal statements. It was found that lack of linguistic competence significantly reduces the rating as a specialist lawyer, depriving his professional prospects.
