Summary/Abstract: In the article the questions of violation of rules investigation are illuminated between law enforcement authorities in Ukraine. On the basis of the got results an author proves that violation of rules of admission of proofs during their receipt has a consequence a loss by them legal force, impossibility of their use in finishing telling and results in avoidance of criminal responsibility.
