Not marking the Prices of Goods — an Infringement of Article 84 of the Law of Consumers defence and of the Trade Rules

Summary/Abstract: In the first place, the article deals with the rule of goods labeling as well as the admissible (possible) exceptions to this rule. Secondly, the author comments upon the infringement "not marking goods with prices" and the characteristics of its elements — object, objective side, subject and subjective side. The author also indicates the ways through which it could be perpetrated.
