Summary/Abstract: In this study, there given a definition of the sanatorium-resort services. There identified the main characteristics of the sanatorium- resort services. The features common to all types of ser-vices, in particular health resort, are distinguished. A set of principles of the formation mechanism of the implementation of the resort services is identified. There selected and researched the issues of the formation of a corresponding level of the interaction between supply and demand on the object of the study
