Summary/Abstract: PR communication today is more and more developed kind of public communication of social structures with its environment in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Such kind of communication social structures in Bosnia and Herzegovina apply for relatively short time, but enough efficiency to impose own PR offices as (credible) sources as well as unavoidable link in a process of mass media content structuring. End goal of such influence is construction of(target) public's discourse and generating such attitudes (behavior) which will produce favor, understanding and support in the approaching of mission and goals of an organization.
