Summary/Abstract: With the aim of focusing on clarifying gender division of labor in fisherfolk householdsin Tĩnh Gia district, Thanh Hóa province, the research uses qualitative research and quantitativeresearch methods from data survey on the topic of “Labor division in coastal fishery householdsof Thanh Hóa province – case study in Nghi Son commune, Tĩnh Gia district, Thanh Hóa province”in 2016. From this the researchers study household economic development and activities to maintainrelationships between family members with the community and society in the study area.
