Summary/Abstract: The processes of globalization, intense competition and changing demand of customers motivate companies to seek ways which allow them to remain competitive in the market. Therefore customer relationship management has become the topical issue of today’s business companies. The paper analyses advantages and the factors which restrict customer relationship management in real estate companies. At the end of the paper the results of the survey are summarized and the conclusions presented.
