Summary/Abstract: The subject of analysis in this paper are three sets of questions. The first is devoted to the analysis of the general characteristics of the process of reform of the criminal procedural legislation Serbian long over ten years. The second issue concerns the professional and critical analysis of each of a series of papers by the new CPC of RS 2011th year, as the last result of the reform of its criminal legislation. The third group is dedicated to the presentation of the author’s reasons for concluding that the CPC of RS 2011th year. represents not, successful, end the reform (as deemed legislator) but only one failed step in the reform process.
