Administrative Justice and Re-codification of Civil Procedura Law in the Slovak Republic – Administrative Procedure Code

Summary/Abstract: The paper is focused on the presentation of the project Legislative intent of the Administrative Procedure Code which will be based on the existing legislation, which has been proven to be effective in the practice of the admnistrative courts, and will also reflect the development of administrative justice in the Slovak Republic and other countries in the European area, including case law of the Slovak courts and the European Court of Human Rights and the European Court of Justice.
