Summary/Abstract: The aim of the present article is to present the position of local authorities against the growing Christian missionary activity of religious communities. To develop relations with religious communities the authorities put up churches and religious associations position dominated entity in any dialogue. In addition to terrain offered by the administration favor of appearances for the operation communities recognized by the state was conducted at the same time supervising their activities. Policy of the state brought in environments religious minorities and submissive attitude of conformism, to guarantee the conducting missionary work.
