Summary/Abstract: Population agеing is a process present throughout the world, is a challenge for society and leads to the implication in all spheres of life. The paper points out the problem of age discrimination, discussed the key aspects of this form of discrimination in employment, as well as in connection with termination of employment. Special attention was paid to the problem of early retirement of older workers and concluded that it is important to support active aging by means of a suitable working conditions, better health care at work and adequate incentives to work.
