Summary/Abstract: The paper speaks of the significance of the theological aspect of the teaching vocation, presents the problem of the lack of the value of love dialog, and designs the reduction strategy for this problem. The research discovers a new competency of the development of love dialog. The paper theoretically grounds the significance of this competency and practically recommends it for incorporation in professional standards. For the development of love dialog competency, qualification centers for pedagogues. are recommended According to this module, higher schools would prepare teachers who are able to teach a special subject according to the love dialog competency. The main conclusions of this theoretical research are given in the end of this paper.
