Summary/Abstract: The twenty-seventh session of the United Nations General Assembly was held in New York from September 19 to December 19, 1971.1 There were 95 items on the agenda. Altogether 125 out of 132 United Nations Member-Countries took part in the general debate in the Plenum. Speeches were made by 99 foreign ministers, 2 prime ministers and 2 deputy premiers.
