Summary/Abstract: Provisions of art. 6 from the Romanian Criminal Code – regarding the enforcement of the most favourable criminal law after the definitive judging of the case – there are incidents in the hypothesis in which the most favourable criminal law has intervened after the parole of the condemned person, and previously it was ordered the rest of punishment, by a new definitive court decision of conviction, by which the court has not pronounced itself regarding the enforcement of the most favourable criminal law after the definitive judging of the case.
