Summary/Abstract: Current conditions for the existence of consumer cooperatives as a socio-economic mechanism requires the development of theoretical and methodological framework for application development and implementation of quality management in the field of trade, which is the dominant focus of consumer cooperatives. These problems have identified the need for an objective Kaoru Ishikawa diagram in the survey. The article examines the cause and effect model of quality management system based on K. Ishikawa diagrams branched set of components.
