Summary/Abstract: In the study hereby the author undertakes a thorough analysis of the current Romanian legislation regarding the accountability of judges and prosecutors in Romania, in the event of judicial errors occurred.With this purpose in view, the author allows for the current Romanian legislation, but also lays down many proposals for its improvement.
