Summary/Abstract: The problem of employing disabiled is in relation with discrimination of this group of population. Disabled people are not in the same position when they are looking for employment because of their lack of capability, and not so often they are put in difficult position because of their incapacity. Their health is the reason why they belong to sensitive group of employees, who are given special treatment such as special active employment measures, employment under specific conditions, adjustment of work place, including particular duty of emlopyer to enable a disabled person to continue working in the same work place he used to work before occurrence of disability, or to enable him retraining and/or additional training. In order to increase the number of working disabled the system of quotas is introduced.
