Summary/Abstract: One of the guarantees of independence of judges is immunity and discipline responsibility. The discipline judicial power includes authorisations to decide upon discipline responsibility of judges and presidents of courts. A normative model of discipline responsibility of judges is a basis for the protection of immunological judicial system and for judges to make quality decision in a reasonable time. Certain countries in transition have synchronised the normative model of discipline responsibility with international standards, while other states create a normative model of discipline responsibility under the impact of political authorities, not obeying international standards, which results in their moving away from international integrations.
