Summary/Abstract: Ultra-low interest rates, massive capital flight risk and negative yields in the debt market shedsnew light on the recent theoretical concepts. Identification of specific financial instruments explicitly in termsof risk and unconventional management of interest rates determines the need for new research. The era ofpost-crisis global financial markets reveals new phenomena and relationships while pointing a completelynew threats. It’s likely that just as after 2009 began with a new approach on the capital markets so now, thatafter 2016 creates a new vision of management at the expense of money.
