Summary/Abstract: Purpose – An attempt to answer the question whether structured bonds can be used in indirect corporate financing. Research methodology – The study is based on a case study method and contains elements of secondary data analysis. Findings – The offer of bonds captured the investor’s attention. On the basis of that fact we can assume that other issuers will follow the same path. Structured products will create a possibility of interesting investments and on the other hand they can be used in indirect corporate financing. Originality/value – article describes relatively new transaction, which took place in Autumn of 2016. It shows new solution in financial market in Poland.
