Summary/Abstract: This work was written solely on the basis of Branko Mikulic Fund, former first man of Federal Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, meeting records from the Central Committee of Bosnia and Hercegovina and newspaper Oslobodenje. The primary goal of this scientific work is an overview of political consequences inside Yugoslavian Communist Party and Central Committee during the reconstruction of Bosanska krajina. The work encompasses subjects of other affairs that had erupted during the process of damage valorization in Banja Luka and other cities. Secondary goal of the work was to clarify uncertainties regarding Osman Karabegovic and Avdo Humo thus crushing the established stereotypes and reasons of their removal from the Central Committee of League of Communists of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Throughout the work the question is raised about the role of Josip Broz Tito and correlation establishment with all levels of authority and its representatives.
