Summary/Abstract: Eighty – said Vinko and switched off the taximeter. The passenger handed him a hundred and Vinko returned the change. For a moment he held the hand in the air expecting the tip. The passenger pretended not to see it and got out of the cab. Vinko went out to the trunk. He opened it and stepped back. “Carry your own baggage, you prick”, he thought but said nothing. The passenger dragged his luggage out from the cab trunk, muttered a goodbye and went on his way.
