Summary/Abstract: Workaholism has become a new addiction. It particularly affects independent professionals, including priests. This article introduces main reasons for the priests’ workaholism as well as its consequences. It also presents ways of helping priests overcome the problem according to different schools of psychotherapy. Particular emphasis was put on integrative psychotherapy in Christian approach.
