Summary/Abstract: The cultural capital is one of the most important variables determining the level of human security. This problem is analysed with the example of the Internet use. The asset of the analysis is the low interest in the issue in international literature to date, and (very importantly) a very large study sample, usually unavailable to a single researcher.
