Summary/Abstract: The article presents a research concept of psycho-social situations that threaten the safety of employees of a company in terms of occupational risk management. These situations are characterized in the context of their causes and effects. An occupational risk management project is presented and attention is focused on the risk analysis in the context of psycho-social situations endangering work safety.
