Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to determine the structural relations and dynamics of the local labour market in the county and district of Jelenia Góra. The category of proportions of governance and rate are used as the research tool. The research shows that the proportions of rate are characterised by a relatively higher level of sustainability of the labour market.
