Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the origin of Christian folk piety locations in Lithuania (The Hill of Angels in the Trakai neighbourhood [parish]) and in Latvia (The King’s Hill of Christ in Aglona neighbourhood [parish]) in XXI century. It seeks to answer the questions about what is common and different between The Hill of Angels and The King’s Hill of Christ. The research indicates that in XXI century the story of The Hill of Angels and The King’s Hill of Christ and their religious cultural expression are the initiative of local people.
