Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to highlight the role of the Municipal Authorities in Šabac, headed by Branko Petrović, the wartime mayor of Šabac which were a part of the collaborationist administration embodied in Milan Aćimović’s Commissariat Administration and Milan Nedić’s Government, in the process of usurping the property of the Jewish people from Šabac and the Kladovo Transport, initially through the Committee for Registration and Evaluation of Jewish Property, and later through the Commissariat for Jewish Property, headed by Jefta Kujundžić.
