Summary/Abstract: A man is a social creature. His peculiarity consists in changeability of his own actions and mutual ones. They both occur in the area of strong actions and mutual ones (of direct life importance — positive and negative), as well as on the level of slight actions and mutual ones — regulation-informative. Neither individual actions nor mutual ones go quite smoothly, obstacles appear here and there, generating peculiarities, both in mutual and individual actions.
