Summary/Abstract: Changeability and complexity of the environment constitute challenges which should be dealt with by organisations functioning in the today’s reality. In the article, the author presents the core of optimisation of the process of management and functioning of an organisation by means of the use of the concept of social responsibility. The aim of the article is to show sustainable development of an organisation.
