Summary/Abstract: Young educated female Poles are referred to as a part of so called generation of electronicera. They consider using electronic services as absolutely standard and directly affectingtheir quality of living. While selecting a bank, comfort, convenience and cost minimization aretheir top priority. Particular attention is often paid to the opportunity of using modern distributionchannels for banking services, as well as the number and range of ATMs operated by their potentialbank. Young women prefer their relatives or friends’ recommendation to a bank advertisement ora bank clerk’s suggestion. Last but not least, taking into consideration their current stage of life,they tend to choose basic banking services such as bank account or non-cash payments.
