Summary/Abstract: In the political vacoom created by the fail of the Russian Tsardom with the October Revolution, the first Turkish republik was founded in Azerbaijan with the help of Ottoman military, and this state gained international recognition. Iran, where Persian nationalism was in control ot the State, in spite of the Kajar dynasty of Turkish origin, reacted this, and the Azerbaijan republik was denied, as Turkish identity of Azerbaijan people.
