Summary/Abstract: The study of consumer behavior, as well as the factors that influence consumers when making a final decision on the purchase on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina still does not pay enough attention. The habits of consumers during purchase decisions have always been the biggest secret for marketing experts which trying to figure out how to company’s products and services set up more into line with the specific needs and demands of consumers. This paper examines the purchasing habits of consumers and the impact of information on the origin of products on consumer behavior. This paper analyzes the results of empirical research conducted on a random sample of respondents. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire which was realized by direct method of interviewing.
