Summary/Abstract: The study seeks to analyse the effectiveness of project implementation through Donors’ support using the PAP as a case study. Using quantitative analysis as a method of inquiry, the researchers felt that it was important to determine the correlations between the scores of various variables for an in-depth understanding of the study. These variables are (donors’ support, performance management, and team work, coordination and follow-up). Pearson’s coefficient correlation (r) was therefore chosen to calculate and use to measure the degree of association between the variables.
