Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to establish a model for managing the crowd formed by athletes, managers, referees, spectators, volunteers and officials in multi-participatory sports organizations for this reason, Mediterranean Games, considered as the most important sports activity of the world after the Olympic Games, have been taken as an example. The most important factor in the selection of the Mediterranean Games is that it was made in the province of Mersin in 2013. Activities that are the most crowded in the study Opening and closing ceremonies; Routing, entry and evacuation Athletics, Basketball, Beach Volley, Football, Swimming, Tennis and Volleyball Basketball, Volleyball sports branches analyzed and scenarios related to the needs of the crowd constituting these activities such as safety, health, transportation, nutrition. Considering the nomination of the Summer and Winter Olympic Games of our country, this work will be a role model for future national and international sports organizations to provide permanent solutions to the crowded management of all multi-participatory sports organizations.
