Summary/Abstract: The article is showing issues of the influence of the phenomenon of the corruption on the safety of states fallen. In spite of many problems of the internal nature, civil wars and the anarchy in the case the corruption constitutes these states factor additionally weakening and destabilizing functioning statehoods.Peculiarly a development of crime is a dangerous adjunct of the corruption organized, connected with money laundering, arms trade, trade with people, drugs and including the organization of terrorist and radical hit squads into it paramilitary.The corruption practice in case of discussed states to a considerable degree is a reason of the fact that these countries for many years are in the state of the permanent and still deepening crisis internal. Provided before terrorist attacks from 11 September 2001 of the state fallen they perceived as the humanitarian problem and the destabilizing factor of the regional type, after it is these assaults all discussed conditioning gained global character and became part of issues of global safety strategies.Article only he is indicating the phenomenon, has contributory character and can inspire to of developing further research in this field.
