Expectations Of The School’s Managers From The Eucation Supervisors

Summary/Abstract: It might be thought that the studies that the education supervisors perform such as guidence, on the job training, research, inservice training etc. Directly influence the process in the school. In the research, the aim is to describe the expectations of school managers from the education supervisors. As a method, qualitative research was chosen. A standardized open ended interwiev form was used in the study. In researching process, directors are concentrated on; “bringing at work”, “human relations”, “sufficiency at branch”, the availability of the institution”, “checking of the process”, “researching”, fields are observed. It is advised that; in order to work more efficient and be productive, education supervisor’s education processes should be revised again and legal obstacles that restrain the supervisors working in education should be disappeared. Also; education supervisors should pay attention to human relations, and expected to be more equipped in their branch.
