The Forming of Organizational Structures and the Innovation of the Organization

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the evolution of organizational structures, starting from the descriptionof classical structures, the structure of the project, ending with the presentation ofthe concept of virtual organizations. The article is an attempt to show this type of structuralsolution as innovative form of the conducting business activities as well as illustrates theresults of a study on the forming of organizational structures during cooperation entities,among companies operating in Poland.
