Summary/Abstract: The Ottoman Empire of the most important countries which extended its influence to the Arab countries and rule it for many years as these countries have been affected by all change occurred in the Ottoman Empire from the weakness and the strength and the victory and defeat; therefore had a share in the Arabic literature of poetry and prose, and in our article that we will take a light on its share of the Arabic novels. Where were extrapolated image of the Ottoman Empire in eight samples of Arabic novels in general, and took the Palestinian novel " The Time Of White Horses " for the writer Ibrahim Nasrallah as a detailed model for the review of the Ottoman country's image therein; where these mentioned stories agreed to the Ottoman Empire as an injustice and tyranny and cruelty country, those negative image that appear of the Ottoman Empire was a reflection of the historical novels and what generations passed on orally from one another. It should alarm all of these novels dealt with the Ottoman Empire in the last period of its rule, a period of weakness and collapse, and that these novels were not biased against the Ottoman Empire but is also reflected injustices images from other countries such as Britain, France, Israel and others.
