Apartment Prices Forecasting by the Artificial Neural Networks

Summary/Abstract: The paper describes apartment prices forecasting on the secondary market with the useof the artificial neural networks. The research done by authors is of the theoretical and empiricalvalue. During the construction of the models have been tested numerous input variables.The study was conducted in the centre of Łódź. Among tested networks there were multilayerperceptron with one and two hidden layers as well as radial basis function networks.
