Summary/Abstract: An aim of the elaboration, which is of the case study nature, is to show the scope of social responsibility implemented at an enterprise, in relation to the employees, the local community, and the natural environment as well as to present the effects being a consequence of the application of corporate social responsibility, CSR. Obtainment of empirical data was possible owing to the application of the method of face-to-face interview. As a research tool there was used a survey questionnaire. Interpretation of the research findings was made using the inferential and deductive method. The carried out surveys show that the company demonstrated a very rational management as related to the employees, the municipality community, inhabitants of the province as well as to the natural environment. The achieved effects include cost reduction, revenue increase, net profit increase, employees’ loyalty, good relationships with market partners and entities from the milieu, the recognisable brand both of products and the firm and, additionally, impact on development of ecoconsumption. The analysed entity is an example to be imitated for other enterprises, especially from the agri-food industry. The article is case study.
