Summary/Abstract: This study interested in which sectors employed disables and in which jobs, how employers perceive them, why employers reluctant to employ handicapped workers, how employers perceive existing quotas and incentives that carried out in order to improve the disables employment, what recommendations given by the employers to increase disables employment and which professional fields will be needed at the moment and to determine the future needs through the eyes of employers in Turkey. The population of this research is private sector enterprises running 50 or more employees operating in Turkey. The sample composed of the employer or employers' representatives from 2573 companies in 79 provinces that is given by Turkstat. This study was conducted with survey method. Research data were collected by the two questionnaires named "Information on the Employee and Employers Profile in Workplace" and "Recommendations List for Improve the Disables Employment " that were taken from the three-part questionnaire which used in research named An Analysis of The Labour Market Based on Disability (2011). The findings obtained as a result of the research have been discussed and they have shed light on social policy which proposed to increase disables employment in Turkey.
