Summary/Abstract: World War II is not only the war of twentieth century but also one of the most devastating wars in world history. In this war which cause eddying, hurting or migrating of millions of people, Turkey remained neutral but did not get rid of the political, economical and psychological effects of war completely. Turkey pressed upon with war, tried to make some pre cautions regulations on both military and civil are as between 1939-1945. One of these are as was maritime. In this study, documents related to maritime in Prime Ministry Republic Archive 1939-1945, will be reviewed and exposed to a variety of assessments.
